When you create an account, subscribe to the Services, apply for Marketplace access, or interact with Remiliux, you may provide:

- Investment criteria and Buy Box preferences
- Preferred markets and property types
- Purchase price ranges and rehabilitation preferences

- Verification information and supporting documents

- Communications relating to Marketplace activity

Marketplace Operations and Verification
The Remiliux Marketplace is designed to provide a controlled environment for approved real estate professionals and business users. To maintain the integrity, security, and quality of the Marketplace, Remiliux may review and verify Marketplace applications and accounts.
Verification may include identity verification, company verification, business registration information, professional information, business documentation, investment history or experience, public business records, contact information, supporting documentation, and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate an applicant.
Remiliux may use internal processes and third-party verification providers to assist with these activities. Marketplace approval is determined by Remiliux in accordance with its eligibility requirements and applicable policies.
Remiliux may deny, suspend, restrict, or revoke Marketplace access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce platform policies, or maintain Marketplace integrity.
Marketplace Information and User Visibility
Because the Marketplace is designed to facilitate connections and transactions between approved participants, certain information may be made available to other authorized Marketplace users, depending on the functionality being used. This may include:
- Business or company name and user name
- General investment criteria and Buy Box information
- Preferred markets and property interests
- Property information and Marketplace activity
- Verification status or indicators
- Offer or transaction-related information
- Other information intentionally submitted for Marketplace participation
Remiliux will determine what information is displayed based on the functionality of the Services, account permissions, user settings, verification status, and applicable policies. Users should not submit information to the Marketplace that they do not have the right or authority to disclose.
Customer Data
Customers may use Remiliux to upload, store, organize, manage, and process information relating to their own customers, leads, sellers, buyers, business contacts, properties, and transactions (“Customer Data”). Customers retain their rights and ownership interests in Customer Data, subject to the rights necessary for Remiliux to provide the Services.
Customers are responsible for:
- Obtaining appropriate permissions and consents
- Providing legally required notices to individuals
- Ensuring that their collection and use of Customer Data complies with applicable law
- Determining what information is appropriate to upload
- Responding to requests from individuals whose information they control, where applicable
Remiliux generally processes Customer Data as a service provider, processor, or similar service provider on behalf of the customer, where applicable. The specific legal relationship may depend on the nature of the data, the Services being used, the customer’s location, and applicable law.
Sharing and Disclosure of Information
Remiliux does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, including with:
Service Providers
Trusted vendors that assist with cloud hosting, data storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, communications, analytics, customer support, security, fraud prevention, identity or business verification, infrastructure monitoring, and technical services.
Marketplace Participants
Certain information may be shared with other approved Marketplace participants when necessary to provide Marketplace functionality, facilitate communications, evaluate opportunities, or support transactions.
Professional Advisors
We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, consultants, insurers, and other professional advisors when reasonably necessary for business, legal, security, or compliance purposes.
Legal and Regulatory Authorities

Payments
Subscription and other payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Remiliux does not generally store complete payment card numbers or complete banking credentials on its own systems. Certain Remiliux features may use artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies to assist with functions such as drafting communications, summarizing information, organizing data, generating suggestions, automating workflows, classifying information, improving productivity, and assisting with CRM activities.
Information processed through these features is used to provide the requested functionality and operate the applicable Services.
Where third-party AI services are used, information may be processed by those providers as necessary to provide the applicable functionality.

Remiliux takes commercially reasonable measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Depending on the Services and circumstances, safeguards may include:
- HTTPS encryption and encryption of sensitive information
- Secure password storage and secure cloud infrastructure
- Authentication controls and role-based access controls

- Security updates, backups, and operational safeguards
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, while we work to protect information using reasonable safeguards, Remiliux cannot guarantee absolute security.

Remiliux retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, operate the Marketplace, fulfill legitimate business purposes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
When an account is closed, certain information may remain in secure backups, archives, or systems for a limited period before deletion or anonymization, subject to applicable legal, operational, and security requirements. Customer Data may also be retained or deleted according to the customer’s account configuration, agreement with Remiliux, and applicable law.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate rights and authorization to submit or process information through Remiliux. Remiliux does not independently guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, ownership, availability, or suitability of property or transaction information submitted by users or third parties.
Marketplace Protection and Monitoring
To maintain a trusted and secure Marketplace, Remiliux may monitor platform activity for fraud prevention, abuse detection, security monitoring, unauthorized access prevention, policy enforcement, account protection, investigation of suspicious activity, and protection of Marketplace participants.
Marketplace access may be restricted to approved users. Users may be prohibited from scraping, harvesting, systematically extracting, copying, redistributing, or commercially exploiting Marketplace information except where expressly authorized by Remiliux.
Additional Marketplace rules and restrictions may be provided through our Terms of Service, Marketplace Rules, or other applicable agreements.
Account and Service Communications
Remiliux may send communications relating to account activity, security alerts, verification, subscription status, billing, service changes, Marketplace activity, transactions, support requests, system notifications, and other operational matters.
Certain service-related communications are necessary to provide the Services and may not be subject to marketing communication preferences. Where applicable law requires consent for marketing communications, Remiliux will obtain the appropriate consent and provide available opt-out mechanisms.
Business Transfers
If Remiliux is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information associated with the Services may be transferred as part of that transaction.
